A Chartered Accountant and LL. B, Swati’s expertise lies in understanding and interpreting the various complex laws and regulations applicable along with their effects on the business. With ~ 11 years experience, Swati is responsible for Audit and Tax practice of the firm. Prior to Bridgegate, Swati has worked with BNP Paribas in equity research team covering Indian Pharmaceutical sector. She was also involved with PwC where she handled assurance department’s clients from financial services sector.
Amit Jain
Partner - Advisory
Amit, a Chartered Accountant, registered valuer and CFA Level III candidate, brings ~10 years of experience with more than 300 valuation assignments and FEMA related matters. He has handled assignments across industries such as Pharma, Auto ancillary, FMCG, e-commerce, Real Estate, Logistics, NBFC, etc. required for mergers, joint ventures, acquisitions, private equity funding and various financial and regulatory requirements such as FEMA, Income tax act, Companies Act, etc. Prior to founding Bridgegate, Amit has worked with Ernst & Young and PwC where he has led the valuation team and handled multiple and complex assignments simultaneously.
